Marcie isn’t just a stylist who made it—she’s a force who’s been rewriting the rules of beauty for 25+ years. From building salons from the ground up to launching her own extension company, she’s always been the one to do what others wouldn’t. She was among the first to bring live, in-person hand-tied extension education to the Midwest—long before it was an industry buzzword.

Now, as Education Training Manager for Healthy Hair Inc., she leads a powerhouse team of 40+ trainers across the country while still hitting the road nearly every weekend to teach, inspire, and disrupt from the stage. Marcie has stood at the front lines of this industry—as a stylist, a salon owner, an educator, and an innovator—and she’s never been afraid to say what needs to be said.

But with all that experience comes a perspective most won’t say out loud. Rinse & Repeat was born from that fire—a need to strip away the polish, call out the pressure, and give the mic back to the stylists living this industry every single day.
