Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items marked final sale (including limited drops, accessories, or discounted items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Start a Return

We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with next steps.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
